They dont answer phone so dont know what to do car is undriverable Iam on disability and retired navy veteran need help have taken car in multiple times and get charged for the next fix that doesnt work going on vacation to see new grandchildren cant even get out of my driveway

The manager of the center spoke to me. He had a excuse for everything I Documented in the survey. Stated a $50.00 deduction will be applied to my next service. Why can't the amount be deducted when receiving my midas credit card bill. What make the manager think IAM going to return! A customer for 30 years. No outstanding debt with the company. My problem was not resolved to my satisfaction.

My son took his new used pickup to Midas to have it aligned because it had a drift to the right. After my son left Midas driving home he called me a certified mechanic and said dad it's still drifting pulling to the right. I asked him what the specs say the print out from the alignment what does it say about Camber and caster. I didn't get a print out they didn't give me one, So I sent him back to the Midas in Spring TX and they said ohh our printer is broken. Show a few days later I went up there and talked to whoever the service writer was a young kid... And he told me that there was bad front end parts.... At any rate this is very poor customer service and lack of knowledge behind the counter. I kept telling him all I wanted to know is what the camber and Caster said I realize there's a little wear on the front end... Then he told me the bad front end parts would could cause a change in the camber/caster readings. This is inaccurate only a ball joint can change the cambercaster and they're good. It's a shame Midas used to be a reputable automotive repair.
