Over the past 15 years I have been using the Midas store on Mahoning Ave. Austintown, Ohio for mostly oil changes and tire rotations on at least 6 different vehicles.(mostly Pontiacs and Toyotas) On occasion services also included front end alignments, strut/shock replacements, brake work and drive shafts replacement all as a result of the courtesy checks done with oil changes.
In the past 12 months I have been getting static about not using their store for services recommended on the courtesy check and today 14 March 2019 they had the audacity to tell my wife they are not going to perform the advertised courtesy check because we do not use them to fix it?!
Also wrote on the courtesy inspection list that we declined??
This is not true and is deceptive.
Is this a new corporate policy to refuse what you advertise to do? The staff rudeness to my wife is only exceeded by his arrogance and guess what I have no problem going elsewhere for oil change/tire rotation.
